I removed logitech from the discord integrations, then went to logitech g hub's integration, and then the pop up, popped up, and it was all fixed. Love the mouse. The shortcuts for games with Galaxy 2 run the game through GalaxyClient.exe and that seems to be the only thing Logitech's software detects as running.
